Enjoyed a memorable stay with a fantastic view from the penthouse, especially that breathtaking skyline. Staff were both friendly and accommodating, with standout service from an intern who provided helpful information throughout our visit. The complimentary water stations across the floors were very convenient, though the room could be better insulated against noise from neighboring guests. Additionally, while the food options were limited, the Angus beef was a delicious highlight, making for a satisfying dining experience.

Unexpectedly welcoming staff experience
The staff were exceptionally attentive, greeting us warmly and ensuring our stay was comfortable. The hotel’s rooftop pool offered a breathtaking view of the city skyline.
Unfortunately, the room cleanliness left much to be desired. Dust was noticeable, and the air conditioning unit was noisy, making it difficult to relax during the night.

The room at Privato was aesthetically pleasing, featuring thoughtful amenities like a weight scale and a fully-equipped smart TV. The hotel staff demonstrated exceptional attentiveness during my stay. one employee provided pool towels promptly and reminded me of my belongings at check-out. Breakfast had limited hours, and we faced challenges accessing food options close to the end time. The walls between rooms were thin, allowing for noticeable noise from neighboring guests. However, the Wi-Fi connection was very good, which was crucial for my work calls. The pool area was a highlight with a relaxing vibe and a great view. Overall, while I enjoyed the design and service, improvements in soundproofing and breakfast logistics would enhance the experience.

Spacious room with comfy beds made the stay enjoyable. The eco-park nearby provided a nice escape from city noise, perfect for nature lovers.
Walls are thin, so noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms can be disruptive. The bathroom featured see-through doors and a shower drain that was nearly clogged, causing water to pool on the floor. Late check-out isn't offered, which forced the need for an extra night.

The parking situation is a nightmare!!! Noise from the hallway is disruptive, and the bathroom features see-through doors that could use an upgrade. The shower drain needs immediate attention to avoid water pooling on the floor!!! Don't expect a flexible check-out.
